THE VISION
history11
A new place to live work and play
The vision is to transform Howells into a vibrant new hub for Cardiff which will act as the catalyst for further redevelopment along St Mary Street.

Howells’ mixed-use space offers exciting retail, office, residential and leisure opportunities. Plans also include a large central courtyard, roof terrace and public realm improvements with the aim to create a world class sustainable development with biophilic design featuring throughout.

The occupiers will be carefully curated with the goal for the retail, leisure, restaurant and office occupiers to all complement each other. Creating a new place to live, work and play - as vibrant on Monday mornings as it is on Saturday evenings.
